FoodMovers: New MSDN reference app/arch.

Just the inclusion of Section 3 gives me hope that the new FoodMovers sample on MSDN will be a little less dated than some of the F&M/Duwamish stuff. The VS.NET focus makes me think it might be light on actual best practice patterns, but who knows
