Utterly Random: Televised Professional Darts
It's probably quite common across the pond, but I stumbled on televised darts on Fox World Sports Digital Net or whatever the hell it's called. I haven't laughed that hard since Supermarket Sweeps was on regularly. It's the Iron Chef-esque announcing zeal that probably does it. Or the nicknames.
It is however one of those things that ends up being much more watchable than would seem possible strictly due to the method in which its televised. I first noticed this phenomenon watching Sunday afternoon biathlon coverage in Helsinki. Sure, I'm desperate for football and basketball to start back up, what's your point?
