UI Process AB
I just started tinkering it with the
UI Process block this this evening, it's basically an official flavor of MVC from Microsoft which is a great development. Getting the samples working would be a lot easier if the installer and configs weren't hardwired to localhost for the database, but that wasn't the real tracefest. Figuring out which page should be set as the initial start page in the debugger took more effort. It doesn't seem to matter when I try to recreate the problem, but it was throwing exceptions looking for non-existent state entries the first passes through (when I changed startup page from welcome.aspx to browsecatalog.aspx, everything started to work better--an unrelated default page simply redirecting intto the desired entrypoint would be more fun though).
