New MSDN Search Preview
There's a new preview of
enhanced MSDN search functionality linked from the home page. I'll be interested to see if the enhancements make internal search more useful than google for finding things buried in the depths of MSDN.
Maybe I'm too prone to whipping out the proverbial pom-poms at the drop of a hat, but I think you really have to credit
Sara Williams and the MSDN team for being genuinely responsive to developer wants and needs. It was about a month and a half ago with the new redesign that you saw the
posts and comments going around bemoaning (legitmately) MSDN search and now there's visible progress. Pretty good turning radius for what is obviously a real damn big vessel.
